The 2008 All Star Selection Process
Abstract:
The purpose of this document is to create and define a formal procedure for Spokane Pony
Baseball relating to the selection of the year-end All-Star teams within each respective age
division. All-Star baseball is to be considered above and beyond the regular baseball season

who receives the highest number of votes shall be named the All-Star Manager. The assistant
coaches are the 2nd and 3rd place vote getters. (Two points awarded for a head coach vote,
and 1 point each for an assistant vote)
1.2 Head coaches are required to nominate all All-Star Caliber players on their respective
teams. It shall be required, of each coach within Spokane Pony Baseball, to submit a completed
All-Star nomination ballot.
