The Spokane Pony 10U All-Stars won the Northwest Regional Tournament held in Enumclaw
July 25-27 to advance to the West Zone Mustang Championships in Chino Hills, CA July
31-Aug 3
Spokane finished its pool play portion of the tourney 2-1 and advanced to the semifinals as the
Pool B #1 seed. It played Pool A #2 seed North Seattle, which it beat 15-0 to move on to the
championship game. In the final game, Spokane jumped out to an early 8-0 lead, and held on
to defeat Mountlake Terrace 12-7. The team leaves Wednesday morning for Los Angeles and
will play Thursday night against host Chino Hills, CA at 7:00 pm.
